            •Our products are shipped out every day, from Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Most orders placed will be dispatched within 1-3 business days (except the products with "Delivery lead time"),

•You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number (if you choose shipping by express (DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT). Please check your junk box if you can't receive the e-mails. After you receive your tracking number, you will be able to track your order online.

•if you choose shipping by Express (DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT),it arrive you in 3-6 days,and some country may be need to pay some duty fees,It depends on the receivers country policy.

   2.Returns & Exchange Policy



Your satisfaction is the goal we pursue. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases at INVSHOP. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have bought, You may return within 60 days from shipping date or exchange

Replacement part:
 
We promise to guarantee quality for 60 days, during this period, if you have any quality problems or product defect, we are willing to support you to solve the problem together.
 
(1) The purchase product must have the INVSHOP protective labeling, signed by our staff above the warranty period..
 
(2) we only accept the return mail of China Post or TNT express.
 
(3) We must receive your email notification. Generally, we will reply to you within 24 hours to solve the problem. If we choose the replacement part, you need to send us the way of mailing and the corresponding shipping number within 5 days after receiving the reply. After we receive the returned products, we will ship the new products to you within 3 days. The new shipping number, so the replacement part will probably be completed within 15 to 20 days.
 
Refund part:
 
 In the case of material defects. If we agree to do that. Must meet the conditions.
(1) The purchase product must have the INVSHOP protective labeling, signed by our staff above the warranty period..
     Packaging products. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the risk of loss during the return shipment as part of the exchange.
 
(2) All the refund part, will not include shipping Refunds charges.
 
(3) If the buyer orders more than 60 days later, we can't refund money.
 
(4)If you default in your performance of payment or any other act required by you to complete your transaction in the times required by these terms,
 we may cancel any such INVSHOP Order. If you do not update the number of changes in the stock of its latest price, we will cancel the order,
all fees will be refunded to your account, including product + shipping fee + PAYPAL fee refunded to you, We reserve the right to cancel any INVSHOP
Order at any time and for any reason.
 
(5) Once we confirm that the product meets our refund criteria, we will refund it to your account within three working days.you need to leave a valid account receivable. We usually use PAYPAL to pay the refund.
