In recent years, outdoor LED displays have become popular with outdoor media advertising. For commercial customers, effective maintenance can ensure that outdoor LED screens run stably for a long time, thereby avoiding interference with daily use due to equipment failure. The following are some of the details that should be paid attention to when using:
1. Switching sequence:
A: Turn on the control computer to enable it to run normally, and then turn on the outdoor LED display;
B: Turn off the outdoor LED display first, and then turn off the computer;
2. Any broken or other damage should be replaced in time, special screws, pins, load-bearing beams, etc .;
 
3. Regularly inspect the product and the surface of the steel structure welding points for anti-corrosion and anti-rust paint.
 
4. The power supply should be stable and have good ground protection. Do not use it under harsh natural conditions, especially strong lightning weather. Check the reliability of the lightning rod and grounding system regularly;
 
5. Check in the rainy season to determine whether there is water leakage;
 
6. Regularly check the power supply and signal lines for peeling or biting;
 
7. Check the product distribution system every six months;
 
8. Outdoor LED display screens exposed to outdoor environment for a long time are prone to dust. You can use alcohol to wipe, or use a brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust, but you cannot wipe directly with a wet cloth;
 
9. Test individual functions such as start, stop, brightness adjustment, and program list according to the large screen automatic preset method;
 
10. The outdoor LED display must have a rest period of more than 2 hours a day, and it should be used at least once a week in the rainy season. Turn on the screen at least once a month and light it up for more than 2 hours.
